Why Indian football Not Improving

It was 1911 when first time Mohun Bagan won IFA Shield beating East Yorkshire Regiment, That was first of any kind of Indian football team who wrote Indies name on history of football book for a first time , since then Indian football has gone through several phases like wining Asian games football completion after beating mighty Iran football team by prestigious 1-0 result. India made its first appearance in International football in 1948 when they faced European powerhouse France, though result was not in favor of them(lost the match)by 2 goals to 1 but India proves its strength in world football.After that Indian football make some impressive performance in worlds football stage finished in 4th place in 1956 Rome Olympic & finally runners up 1964 Asian games. But since then Indian football start to get decline in 2013 its came to worse when they lost against team like Nepal, Afghanistan ext .But why Indian footballs are in these situation at present in my opinions n these are the reason
1)Infrastructure : A.This is a area where India lack behind the other Asian Giant country like China, Australia, Japan, South Korea. Here very less number of fifa affiliated stadiums are available, only few like salt lake stadium Kolkata, Jawarlal Nehru Stadiums ( Guwahati, Delhi & Chennai) are also enlisted by FIFA along with Fatadora Stadium Goa. Recently I league clubs Bengaluru Fc improved krativeera Stadium for their home matches ,but other stadium grass is not friendly for playing soccer even for hosting International football tournament. B.Number of practice ground are also very less in previous season of I league club like Churchil Brothers did not have any practice ground. C.Despite above factor others facility in the clubs are also very poor as its reveled by Goal.com of one particular club .
2)IMG tie up: It was the year 2010 while AIFF made a contract with IMG Reliance who bring a new air on Indian football l with lots of promises .But since then no improvement has come yet in Indian football, Indeed AIFF send u15 football team in USA for a training but despite reaching once in U16 AFC Asian Cup football tournament final stage none of the significant achievement Indian team made yet comprising with both Sr.& Jr. team. But recently AIFF along with Reliance IMG introduced ISL which bring several media attraction & crowed into the stadium in its debut t previous year. Recently all franchise club of this league introduced grass root development programs for kids who are interested to pursue their future as footballer.
3)Unprofessional way to conduct I League: a.It was 2007-08 while for a first time I League got introduced in place of Indian national football league, very good decision taken by AIFF for make this tournament popular, few important step they took like bring a new logo of I league ext, but in spite of that AIFF unable to make this game popular yet. As like nfl very few numbers of people come to watch the league matches in the stadium which was not more then 2000-3000. Z group led Ten action took a responsibility to telecasting the matches, but it was disappointing to see that not all matches has been telecasted and still its continue , only important matches has been shown by this channel, for the reason of unpopularity of the league club with renowned brand stop to invest more on the clubs. Like ( Mahindra united ,JCT Mills )defuncted from I league. There was main primary reason was unpopularity and most importantly the huge lose which they made in past. Now for running I league club sponsor or owners need to invest at least 8-9 crore Rs every year and they are expecting a profit or at least return of the money which they had invested for a club ,But because for AIFF lack of interest in marketing of this league nor clubs nor ten action got financially benefited. Though recently AIFF start to give I league club travelling expenses, but while the question arise how to generate profit from the league AIFF not make yet any solution yet.
b.2nd division I league: aiff is following the model of other Asian country of promotion and relegation system s as they started 2nd divion league. But here for they create a problems for 2nd div. clubs in form of timing which this year started from morning and continued till noon in same pitch 3-4 match held .number of allotted stadium for practice was also very less most importantly number of clubs are not certain suppose for year 2010 its 15 suddenly its got decline next year to 13 again 2 more clubs added for very next year & telecasting rights aiff cant bring yet single sports media for live telecast of this matches.
3)Youth Development This is also not in good shApe as most of the i league club still depend on tata football academy, but Pune fc recently adopted new formula to inclusion of their own youth footballer in Sr. main squared.Examples are many.
4)Conclusion: As like every indian I am also hopeful to see india will overcome from this problem and impose themselves as a Asian powerhouse of football and ultimately being qualified in world cup
